I began my artistic journey at a very early age. Most often it was a way to express what I saw around me, trying to understand and express my feelings through various mediums including: photography, mixed media, film and painting.

After leaving school, I was accepted into the National Art School and received a Diploma in Fine Arts at the age of 20.

My work often reflects the environment that surrounds me, whether it be the cityscape, country or travel through various countries.

I've always continued to express myself through art, mainly the medium of photography, where I pushed boundaries between the photographic print in art, often hand colouring fibre- based photographic paper or scratching negatives. Here I found another direct way to interact with my mediums.

More recently I have taken up painting. I really enjoy the directness of using different mediums such as watercolour, acrylic paint and oil sticks on either canvas, paper or other interesting surfaces.

I have a new website, so please visit at:

“I want to express my feelings rather than illustrate them. It doesn't matter how the paint is put on, as long as something is said. I feel nearer, more part of the painting, since this way I can step back, walk around it, work from the four sides and literally be in the painting. An extension of myself"
